Free Summer Yoga



Led by Kimberly Russell
In these twice weekly classes open to all levels, participants will explore the connections between body, breath and the mind through a series of poses and breathing exercises geared toward developing inner and outer strength, flexibility and concentration. Each class will focus on a theme that emphasizes body strength and awareness as it provides applications for life beyond the mat. No previous experience is required; simply begin with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
  

Who: Classes are open to all NYCDOE personnel. No registration is required.

Where: The Inner Resilience Program training space, located at 40 EXCHANGE PLACE, SUITE 1101 (Between William and Broad Streets).

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday in July and August from 2:00 – 3:15 pm.

How much: All classes are offered free of charge.   

*Please note - participants must bring their own yoga mats.
